Refunds

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• If purchased courses malfunction within 2 days of purchase, the company will troubleshoot. Refunds apply if issues persist beyond this period.
• Refunds are only granted if you have used less than 20% of the purchased service.

Excluded Situations for Refunds

No refunds for:

• Typographical errors, incorrect images, or wrong answers on the platform
• When more than 20% of the service has been used

Refund Process

Contact customer service at info@nuvrachtwagen.nl with your purchase details and refund reason. Approved refunds will be transferred to the original payment method.
