These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of OnlineVrachtwagenTheorie.nl, trading as NuVrachtwagen B.V. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Article 1 - Definitions

In these terms: 'Seller' means NuVrachtwagen B.V., established in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce number 90388127. 'Buyer' means the natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the Seller. 'Service' means the online theory courses and associated digital products offered by the Seller. 'Agreement' means any arrangement between Seller and Buyer.

Article 2 - Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements. By agreeing to these terms, you declare that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You may only use our products for lawful purposes and must comply with all applicable laws. Sending malicious software or misusing our services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.

Article 3 - Offers and Prices

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rates may change without prior notice. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices shown on the website include VAT.

Article 4 - Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased course through your account. Login details will be sent by email to the specified email address. Seller guarantees the availability of the service during the agreed period, subject to force majeure or scheduled maintenance.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once delivery has started with the express consent of the Buyer. By agreeing to the purchase and gaining immediate access to the course, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Article 6 - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the courses, videos, exam questions and other materials remain the property of NuVrachtwagen B.V. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute or publish material without written permission. In case of violation, the Seller reserves the right to take legal action.

Article 7 - Confidentiality and Privacy

The Seller treats all personal information confidentially in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

Article 8 - Liability

The course content is intended to prepare for the CBR exam but does not guarantee passing results. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the service. The liability of the Seller is at all times limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. The Seller is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

Article 9 - Warranty and Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. Although we strive for accurate and current information, we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Minor deviations in display, typos or incorrect answers do not entitle you to a refund.

Article 10 - Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (including malfunctions, cyber attacks, natural disasters or government measures), the Seller has the right to suspend the execution of the agreement. If the force majeure situation lasts longer than one month, the agreement may be terminated in writing without any right to compensation.

Article 11 - External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. The Seller is not responsible for the content, privacy policy or practices of these external websites. Complaints about third-party websites should be submitted directly to the relevant party.

Article 12 - Termination

The Seller reserves the right to immediately terminate access to the service without refund in case of non-compliance with these terms. Obligations that by their nature are intended to continue after termination shall remain in force.

Article 13 - Applicable Law

All agreements between Seller and Buyer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Seller is established.
